Recruited to re-design multiplayer levels, and design new levels for new content releases. Assist
community based level designers with technical, design and engine specific troubleshooting. Tasks: -
Reduce draw-calls to meet Oculus Quest 1 and PlayStation 4 technical requirements - Setup Texture
Arrays using performance shaders - Reduce Image resolutions to suit VR with performance and fidelity in
mind - Polish, and design level with pre-made assets - Build assets when needed - Promote team objective
based and free for all gameplay within the map design

I ran a hands-on marketing company for direct sales. I was responsible for sourcing my own clients,
and building them sales teams, to perform marketing and promotional activities to a high standard,
activities included door to door, telephone and in-home/business presentation sales. Campaigns run
include, Charity, Electricity, Solar, LED Lighting. Acquired 10'000+ business clients, and more than 60'000
residential customers within first 2 years of operation. Until Covid19.

As a Solar Installer I worked my way into Site and Project Management, as I had developed one of the strongest teams within the company. Having been assigned some of the largest projects and regularly referred to as the MULE of the company, which was attained by having a strong work ethic to deliver beyond the companies expectations, through leading by example, and demonstrating dedication to hard work.
